Well, first time creating a log....

Been doing 5/3/1 for sometime now, and kept hitting walls re-starting cycles etc. I was getting frustrated, annoyed and losing my love for the gym. I attempted this when I first started the gym, which was just a complete failure I didn't have the heart or dedication.

Anywho, purely using this to log my weights and something to look back over and possibly some advice?

3 Big Compounds as they stand now ;

Bench - 100
Deads - 170
Squat - 150

So onto the workouts

Day 1 -

Bench

Squats

These felt pretty good, could've possibly went higher.

RDL

The last few were horrible, form was going I felt weak. Bust through it.

Front Squat

Couldn't even be bothered changing the weight by this point and the thought of doing them was off putting.

3x8x50

Felt awesome though, really deep nice and powerful on the way up. Felt light too.

DBSS

1x6x10
1x6x14
1x6x20
1x6x20 - failed at somepoint through these (can't remember where and done some BW just for the lols)

DOMS, DOMS, DOMS.

Everywhere, every bloody where.

Day 4

Deadlifts

Possibly could've went higher, but day 2 doms where even worse than yesterday! Horrible. Felt form go on the last few sets and thought about resetting, core was still smashed from the previous squat session and couldn't quite brace strong enough.

OHP

1x10x30

These felt easy untill the 4th set when I got light headed, and had to reset the reps. Rest felt easy again.

DB Rows

DB Press

Now for some foamage.

90 felt easy, and to be honest so did 100. Not sure if I'd have managed 10 sets of 100.

Never counted how many lunges just up and down the length of the gym

Both good sessions, the upper body session was a lot easier than lower. 10 sets of squats are a killer the next day and I don't think my body could ever get used to it! Loving it though. :)
