Beginner/Advanced guides on Excel?

Does anyone know a decent website for the above?

I want to create a form to input data onto a spreadsheet, it's all rather annoying as I knew all this stuff a couple of years ago at college

Can't offer help yet, but my gf is in the same boat so will be keeping an eye on this one.

excel help is pretty good, that whilst messing about and googling bits you don't get will prolly be more than sufficient. There is an excel book used for computing as which i guess you could buy:

Successful ICT projects in Excel P.M. Heathcote.

But imo its rubbish. Best way is to use the program.
