Beginners Bulking Diet - Spec me.

As of tomorrow I'm officially starting at the gym. I'm 6'4" and 14.5 Stone so I'm looking to bulk and increase my general fitness rather than hit the cardio hard.

I'm terrible in the kitchen so need a fairly simple bulking diet to start with until I improve my kitchen skills, which I'll also be working on.

I'm eating a lot of Rice and Fish at the moment and the only food I can't eat is cheese.

I'll be going at least 3 times a week with a day's rest in between.

I'll also be looking for a good beginners routine to get me into weight training.

As always any help and advice is appreciated.

I really need to loose some weight too...

I did some lifting last year for a couple of months and then stopped, however I love my meat and I have been quite lazy tbh.

So right now im 6 3 and 16 stones. I have a belly and I need to loose it.

For breakfast I have 2 eggs, 3 toasts, milk. I sometimes have a snack between dinner depends what there is, sometimes I dont. For dinner I usually have some meat (chicken or lamb) with something else (depending whats made, chapatti, potato, rice).

Later on I might have more food such as a cereal or some toasts. I think my major problem is lack of exercise...

To be honest I'm in my last 2 months of Uni and that kinda makes it hard as im upto my head in work.
