i couldnt find my first thread on this :(

anyway, finally i have recived my payslip for payday 31st Jan 2008. (nice and quick here as you can tell)

So after calling up the girl that does the wages before she did them last month i gave her a list of commision that i was owed. she said that fine i'll pay it out this month. ideal i thought.

however, payslip today shows that i got paid a WOOOOOPING £40 of commision, rather than the rest i was owed as well.

i even sent a email to the girl with the same list, and she could see that they where there to be paid. Now i am gussing that my boss in the other office has told her to not pay it out for whatever reason.

do you think i should send him a letter? or call him up??

sick of not getting my money now, some i am owed from november still!!

its hard to get into the office when he is there, as i work in the sister office 30 mile down the road, so when i finish they are closing to

Who is your superior at your place? Tell them you want to take some time off/a break out of the day because you have not been paid correctly for months now, ask them to ring up the other office for you and request a meeting with said person during work hours.
They cant really deny you it TBH.

true, i dont have much choice but to do that.

its really ******* me off now, as the market is pretty slow then i can do with all the extra's tat im owed lol

stop being such a wuss. you are being walked over because you need to ask the internet what to do!
be a bloody man and front them about it

Id go for one 'last' meeting, really kick off about it, say you are going to go over their heads(providing you can) aswell as/if not say you are seeking legal advice too from CAB

See the payee lady, punch her in the ovaries then take a dump on her desk. That should get the message across that you aren't pleased.

there are 4 directors of the firm, i've been as high as i can go, i am waiting for him to call me back this afternoon. will tell him i want it asap. as i;ve been waiting since november

spoke to my boss yesterday who turned around and said no worries, how much are you missing i'll write a checque

Honestly where do you work? Seems like a very shoddy and unprofessional place to work if they are sourcing your missing income by writing cheques?

lol he said he would write me a cheque or i can wait untill the end of the month for it with my wages, either way it will be taxed :(

i work for an estate agency
