Being Sued by Atari/Davenport !

Seen a thread about this recently, just recieved a letter today saying I am being sued by Davenport on behalf of Atari for illegally downloading Test Drive. They want £505! Crumbs.

I haven't paid and don't plan too. It wasn't sent recorded delivery. Big shock though when I opened the letter this morning. I will keep you all posted. My ISP is Be There and I used Bitlord and it was a Dopeman file.

The question I'm asking is their any one here who has been sent this and not replyed with in the stated 21days and heard nothing since?

I received the same letter about 2 months ago, and haven't replied or heard anything since.
