After playing with some settings, I found that these give the best colours!
On the monitor itself:
Brightness = 100
Contrast = 80
Colour Temp: 6500k
In the nVidia Settings>Colour Correction:
Contrast 91%
Take a look at these test charts and you can see that the monitor display them well at these settings:
In this image at black level 4 the monitor displays it compared to the old settings.
