Belinea 22" Dark images look fuzzy???

Ever since I have had it my monitor has seemed fuzzy when view dark images, watching dark films or playing dark games. Its not noticable from 3 feet away but when sitting at the desk it is.

It's as if you can see the pixels changing even on still images.

any ideas??

anyone else have this? is it a fault with the monitor, can it be returned because of this?

im not sure, because im not that knowledgeable about monitors and panel technology. But i think its caused by dithering, where the panel is 6bit and tries to imitate 8bit colour by quickly flashing between two shade of a colour to produce shades it wouldnt be able to otherwise.
Im not sure, best to let baddass to sort it all out, but thats what i think it might be.
I dont think you can return it though, its just part of the panel technology, you just might have sensitive eyes?

I wounder if there is any settings i can change etc to help disguise it?
