They are generally a reasonably good 'budget' product. I had a 19" which packed up after 5.5 years, which was a shame but after the hammering I'd given it I'd say that was one of my better value purchases.

not always, but general rule of thumb in a crude way is that TN Film is a more responsive technology as a whole. Some modern P-MVA and PVA, as well as the new generation of S-IPS, can offer comparable responsiveness in pratice to the fast generation of TN Film panels available
