Belinea replacement inverter?

I've got a 20.1inch Belinea 102035W monitor, that seemingly has a dying inverter. When I switch it on, i see the image very faintly, which suggests that the backlight isnt working. Although if I leave it on for about 5 mins, then switch it off, then on again, the screen works fine. No problems after that. Correct me if I am wrong, but this seems to me like it needs a new inverter.

Does anyone know where I can get a new inverter for this screen?

Electrolyte caps are easy to change, here's one thread about that.
