These are great routers, uses the bc chipset and responds well to tweaking using dmt tool.

My old N1 Vision claims to be a UK4A but I can't access any of the secret pages the kitz site mentions nor telnet or ssh in to the box nor use the DMT tool. One of my bug bears with this router is the lack of line data, noise, SNR, db loss etc. What firmware version are you using? Is there a special version of the DMT tool I need?

The other feature missing I would so like is static DHCP so the same MAC always gets given the same IP.

Otherwise a competent router.

Eh ? I ordered at 1.36PM Thursday, why is it in " Our warehouse queue ?" I wanted it today - Friday - for the weekend I have off. You gotta be joking !!

Order Number: OC1048153

Mine is in warehouse cue as well

OC1047861 - ordered on thursday.

This usually happens when they have no stock even when the site says there is stock.

So much for next day...

I was able to get to that page http://YourIP/wukongjiuwo.html

And gave me all the line stats.

I'm on firmware: F5D8632-4_WW_1.00.06

Hope that helps.

I'm really liking this router.

It arrived on Wednesday exactly when DPD said it would, fantastic as always. A breeze to set up (although it still hasn't sorted the time and date out!) and looks very stylish too!

This could be such a good router but a few niggles have mean't I have had to change to something else. It has very good range and easy to setup.

Rebooting takes 60 or 90 seconds, changing a setting means like a 30 second reboot. Not very stable, (last firmware update was way over 2 years ago and it shows). My connection would restart about 10 times a day. Now moved to a linksys and apart from being far more stable, my connection is 2 meg faster (I know certain chipsets prefer certain ISPs)

I know someone with one of these, it's not stable and needs resetting to get the WAN connection working again every few days. Also, the wireless range seems to drop when that happens. They may have a faulty unit, but all their Belkin routers have acted very similarly.

Does anyone know if this router can be made to work with cable? On ADSL atm but may end up on cable in future. (Guessing it might only work as a switch).

Also does BE mind you using your own router? (I know some ISPs are funny about it).
