¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I really need to fix this... Normally it is the other way around, Linux = problems but Windows = fine.

Not today. It seems under XP, I can see the wifi network, but when I try to connect, it hangs on "Acquiring IP address", then after a while gives "Limited connectivity"... he wierd thing is it used to work fine in XP!

How can I fix this? This is the card with the Broadcom 43xx chipset, and I used fwcutter to get it working in Ubuntu 9.04

I have that exact same card. It worked fine under 32-bit XP until I gave it to my brother - he also uses it under XP with no problems.

What security are you trying to use? And is the Belkin software installed or are you configuring it via Windows?

I'm configuring it thru Windows... I've tried resetting my router and a few other things and it now appears to connect ok... Strange but I'm glad it now connects. :)

the best fix for belkin wireless kit is the bin I'm afraid :/ shocking drivers

try newer drivers if there are any.

the Edimax kit is fairly highly regarded on here..
