Right, story:-

Got so fed up of Bebox randomly disconnecting wireless, and wide range of net speeds, I decided to finally replace it with above said router(touchwood going ok sofar)

Now, I've got it up and running, does anyone here have any thoughts how to maximise the net speed, or is it a case of simply hoping it resyncs nicely?

Below are current said stats(bebox recently wouldnt manage much > 1, but used to get 2.5-4ish)

ADSL
Type Interleave Path
Status SHOWTIME

Downstream Upstream

Data rate(Kbps)
1546Kb 993Kb

Noise Margin
6 6

Output power(dBm)
122 175

Attenuation(dB)
67 33

If i figure it out myself, I will post here.

Line is on an extension, but its better located for the flat(and I have tested main socket ONLY - no phones/extensions, difference is very minimal)

I really want to get it back up to at least 3-4mb

If you've already tried the master socket with no extensions there isn't much you can do. Some routers are better than others - and I'd struggle to rate a Belkin router in the former.
