It probably could but would only probably give you half the amount of time tops. Remember it only has 3 battery protected sockets so you could have the two computers and only 1 monitor. The other one would die with the powercut.

According to someone who brought one last night you get a USB lead. Not sure if you get a serial lead though. I'll have a look at mine tonight.
