I am a regular at the gym, and I recently upgraded my old ipod mini to a 5th gen ipod 30gb video in black. Now these come with considerably less stuff than the old mini, and one thing it is lacking is a belt clip!!
Now on weights etc this is fine, but on the treadmill I get occasional stops in the music playback, and even worse the ipod completely crashed today, when it decided to skip in between tracks. I didn;t know how to reset the thing at this point, so had to carry on down the gym with no ipod... that I didn't like
The reason it skips is cos I have it in my pocket as I run, so it moves quite a bit. Well if I could get a nice belt clip/case (w/ belt clip) then I could attach it to my trousers/shorts!
Does anyone know of a good belt clip/case (w/ belt clip) for the ipod 30gb? Especially for the gym? So bascially the slip has to be strong, otherwise its will wobble too much? Preferably someone here who uses such a device whilst at the gym would be good?
I had a look on the apple site, and all the cases seem to big and clunky, and very ugly too. I don;t want to weight the ipod down anymore, so as light as possible would be good?
Any recommendations would be appreciated! I plan on popping down to the Apple store in bluewater later to grab one if they are available in the apple store!
