Benchmark / Stress test software

I put my new pc together today, and will soon be looking to overclock it.

Gigabyte P35-DS3R
C2D Q6600

Just got Vista 64-Bit installed, along with all drivers and updates.
Now i want to Benchmark and Stress Test it to see what i have at stock settings.

EDIT: Also need something so i can monitor my Temps, any suggestions?

Prime 95 v255 - I use that to stress all four cores and:

Memtest to test the memory.
