Benchmark suggestions

I'm about to have the gfx card on my laptop replaced, and wanted to get a sense of the difference. I would like to run a few benchies at 1920x1200 and 1680x1050 that will give me a decent 'real world' comparison (ie. NOT anything by 3DMark )

I don't want to spend weeks doing it either, so... Can anyone suggest a couple of good benchmarks to test a 2x8700m SLi vs (...the new card) to give me a good representative view on the improvement in performance.

For what it's worth I'm currently playing Mass Effect, L4D, Stalker: Clear Skies, and Empire: Total War.

Well, it's done! Replacement went in today and I got the following:

That's a jump on the GFX score from 1323 to 3676
I didn't have time to run anything meaningful - so just a quick Vantage run unfortunately - but what a difference! I'm not sure if the SLi was set up properly in those 1st runs, but I'm certainly happy with the result!
