Benchmark test

I have had a look through the benchmark test applications on the top of this thread which one would you guys recomend?

getting new 8800gt today and want to see what i get pre and post change

3DMark would be the best for checking a graphics card upgrade.

3DMark 05/06/Vantage (if your using Vista only for Vantage)

PCMark 06 has built in graphics tests.

Use timed demos on any games such as FEAR or HL2 if you have them, and you can also measure the FPS in ATiTool's artifact checker for a very rough guideline.
