Benchmarking and stress testing

I'm looking to benchmark my new rig and stress test my new rig but I haven't been keeping up with things. What is the best program for benchmark CPU, HDD, GFX and what program is used to stress test dual core chips?

For stress testing, sp2004 for the cpu (run two copies simultaniously), memtest for the memory, rthdribl for the gpu.
For benchmarking, super pi for the cpu, 3d mark for the gpu. Those are the only ones i can think of really, not sure about the others.
For the harddisk try hdtune.
