Benchmarking at 144mhz

Hi

this might be a stupid question but if you have a 144hz monitor when you run a benchmark like Heaven or 3Dmark should to set the refresh rate to 60hz ?

Nah, just leave it at 144hz. Monitor refresh rate will not affect the fps rendered by the gpu.

Worse thing that will happen is screen tearing but thats not important when benchmarking

I black screen when pushing volts high at 120hz. Benching at 60hz fixes the problem.

(It should be fine either way, leave it, but switch to 60 if you have any issues.)

OP actually said 144 mHz (i.e 0.144 Hz), you don't want one of those
