hey guys,

I've been asked to benchmark all pc's at work to determine weather they need replacing with something better.

Whats the best, easist, free way of doing this??

Somesort of app that i could install via a gpo would be great, then i could run round and start the test on selected machines and pull the results together.

Ideally, I'm looking at CPU and HDD speeds as well as memory allactioan and useage.

I've had a google but only found rubbish software designed for home users that details information i could easly find on my own.

Any ideas??

Thanks bledd.

I had already considered using psinfo but although the infomation it gives me is true, it's not real life stuff.

'this app takes this long to load', 'this bit does this' and so on.

I'm looking at automation software to build a test, open this, save that. run this comand in oracle and so on.

Any better solutions to the one I'm looking at??
