Doesn't DP usually have a higher bandwidth and quality than HDMI?
If I connect the monitor via DP (assumed 1.4) to my GPU, it says "HDR emulated".
The Radeon Tool offer me to change to 10 bpc (not sure what that is).
Windows offers me to enable HDR (which just makes everything greyish weird).
If I connect the monitor via HDMI (assumed 2.1) to my GPU, it says "HDR On".
The Radeon Tool does not offer me to change to 10 bpc (not sure what that is).
Windows offers me to enable HDR and it looks much better with HDR turned on (mouse cursor goes grey though).
Is my DP cable bugged or bad?
I am pretty sure I used it with the Samsung before?

p.s. OK, this is the cable:OcUK Value 5m Male - Male Display Port Monitor Cable
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ocuk-value-5m-male-male-display-port-monitor-cable-cb-072-ok.html
It says in the description: 8.64 Gbit/s data rate and WQXGA (2560×1600) resolution over a 3 metre cable.
The HDMI is way shorter, like 1.8m or so.
