I recently bought a BenQ EW240 24" monitor.

I was reasonably happy with it, had it about 2 months, but today a cluster of maybe 3 pixels has stuck on grey. This cluster is approximately 1cm from the left hand side of the screen.

I was wondering do I have any comeback to the supplier over this? Or is there a way to fix the issue?

I was only borderline happy with the monitor in the first place, this issue just tips me over the age of wishing I'd of bought something else.

There are applications out there which are designed to aid the err unsticking? of stuck pixels. They fill the screen with a block of colour and rapidly change it. You'd then have to leave it doing that for a while. It won't necessarily work though.

Unfortunately the technology used means that stuck or dead pixels can happen at any time. Tbh a 1080p screen has 2073600 pixels a few failings should be expected.
I have one on my new 27" which is a pain but only really noticeable in bright areas.
There are guidelines on how many there can be before you can get a warranty repair if you google....
