BenQ FP241W...maybe a problem

every now and again the monitor will go black then come back on like it''s changing resolution, it's weird it's literally like going into a game then out where the monitor changes resolution any ideas why it does this, it's usually when i'm running a game and minimize then go back into it (it;s after I have been in the games a few mins also)

I kinda think it may be due to power saving as it usually when I turn my monitor on, after having it off for a bit of time. ahh well I'll see what it;s like after a while.
