Benq FP241W question

Not sure if this is the correct place to post but it looks like it might be...can anyone tell me if the current BenQ FP241W's in stock at OCUK are the new version with the firmware upgrade that allows 1:1 ratio?

I'm torn between this and a Samsung SM244, the deciding factor is if I can get a new version FP241W rather than the old one.

First of all this is not the monitor section and questions regarding hardware should be posted in there.

Secondly in answer to your question it is unknown but I believe they do not has BenQ are only trialling the firmware at this moment in time.

yep. i've had this confirmed by BenQ, it's only in the trial phase at the moment. Sometime this month they are aiming to start including it in new stock produced, but no word of a date yet. The FP241WZ will feature it from it's release in the UK though
