http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-033-BQ

2 days ago it was at £158? now £170 and you have to pre-order it? i think even before they put the price to £158, it was only at £168? mhmm, whats the crack, new order, new build or something? the price keeps going up and down :|

any one know whats up or is it an error?

P.S: When it was £158, there wasnt an indication of a "Today only deal" or "This week only" :|

They must have run out of stock, its a pretty popular monitor.

As for the price, these things always fluctuate as they are made overseas and the exchange rates change.

Yeah it's out of stock, I got one of the last ones :)

The price has been jumping about for a while, from about £150 to £170.

mhmm, dont get me wrong, but i would still buy it for £170 :) just wondered what they were doing :) always prefer ocuk to other places, as the quality and delivery os my pruchases have always been spot on, as for other places, meh, sluggish and untimely to what they said my delivery date would be :)

Like has been stated above, it is probably due to numerious things.

Currency fluctuations, supplier stock levels, and demand.

If the stock is low and the demand is high, the price will generally increase.

I paid £164.99 on 25th June for mine. :)

Good afternoon,

Prices can change all of the time and currently due to the low availability of these monitors now unfortunately this has caused the prices to go up a little bit however to be honest with you the monitor is worth a lot more than the price it is currently as they are fantastic, a few of us here have them and they are highly recommended as you can probably see from the many of reviews of this particular model.

Seems stock is low and the demand is high

I would like to buy a new monitor for my new 5870...

But this monitor dont have HDMI, is the same than DVI Right...

Only i want play games, FULL HD... This is good?

Pretty much, the video signals are the same - just the pin arrangement is different. Also, DVI doesn't carry sound. For hooking up a 5870 - the DVI connection on the BenQ is ideal.

Yup, a good resolution to play at (1920x1080 - Full HD) and that is the native resolution of this BenQ.
