Alright, so I recently bought a built computer form OCUK alongside a BenQ GL2250 monitor (21.5 inches). I have my resolution set to the recommended 1920x1080 yet there's about an inch black border around it. There is an option to "stretch" the screen on the monitor settings but this makes the image slightly off focus and a little blurry. I was just wondering if there's a way to have the screen fit the whole monitor without it distorting the image. I have it connected via HDMI.

If you have AMD graphics check the overscan settings in Catalyst Control Centre. Ensure the slider is all the way over to the right.
The image is unlikely to be totally edge to edge though and it's likely there will be a black border between the image and the bezel.
