Hi, looking to buy a monitor this afternoon. Budget is £130 max. I will do some gaming but nothing serious and some photo/video editing.

Is the BenQ GL2460HM a good deal? Or is there a better monitor for the price? Looking for a 23 - 24" and no less!!

How do you find it.
I got the GL2460 which is basically the same minus the speakers and HDMI socket.

Massive improvement over my old acer v247h

I have had the GL2450HM around 6 months and i think its great, i only use it for Console gaming and there's no input lag what so ever. Really bright screen, decent colours for the small budget, better than i expected personally. Not done any Photo editing etc on it but i prosume there are a lot better monitors out there for that aspect.

One thing i would like to mention theres a slight backlight flicker ONLY when there is a black screen, at first it was annoying but i got used to it.

Sounds like a good monitor, i only need it mainly for a second screen / Console Gaming when needed.

So far I'm happy. Used it for some photoshop and the colours are slightly washed out but that's only if I'm being picky! And to be super picky without cleartxt enabled text is slightly fuzzy.....but cleartext fixes it!

Watched a few videos and seen no ghosting or anything so so far so good!

i need a monitor for console gaming and 2nd screen to my iMac.

Narrowed it down to this one or the Asus VN247H.

Cant make my mind up, leaning more towards the Asus.
