What's the problem? If it's that the image quality is awful it's not just in the test samples, I had one, nothing I could do to make it look ok, sent back.

Or is there some other issue?

They wouldn't confirm what the exact issue was. But it's meant they've withdrawn review samples from circulation and are waiting for some new ones. I'd be keen to know whether the image quality is comparable to the smaller XL series monitors (in which case it isn't great but not really awful)... But have to wait until BenQ sorts this out.

Anybody wanting to buy, don't be put off by this 'problem'. It's only specific to the test samples.
