Having had ongoing issue with my Benq 3201pt basically since I got it I eventually got it replaced by another monitor, this one suffers from the same issue and as an added bonus comes with a few free dead pixels. However it seems Benq are adamant about digging their heel's in about not replacing it.
They're claiming its a "power issue" and an "rd filter" will fix the issue. Thats despite the fact no other monitor I've owned has ever had an issue like this, even my 3 benq g2222hdl panels in eyefinity.
After the email about the filter i basically told them id prefer a replacement, and if the issue persists id look for something after-market. To that i got the following response:
Seriously? Screen glitches, the monitor randomly powering off are all somehow related to a mains issue and all somehow only affect this particular screen?

Thank you for contacting BenQ
We already replaced the monitor it is a power problem not an issue with the monitor.
If you order it online you should have the possibility to return it for free if it wont fix that issue, but im pretty sure it will.

Apparently just showing them the same video showing the same issue on the original panel isn't enough...
