BENQ Zowie XL2536 Full HD 24.5" LED Gaming Monitor good for xbox?

i was thinking about buying the benq zowie xl2536 for my xbox 1. would i benefit from this monitor or is it only worth buying if i play on pc ?

Even for an XB1 "X" that monitor would be overkill. You don't really need 144Hz and all that "gamer" stuff on it for XB play. You can get away with something much cheaper. And for PC play, you'd be better off with a 1440p monitor (if you've got a graphics card that can drive it well.)

Of course, if you are thinking of buying something now, with an aim to upgrade to PS5 or XBOX X Series late next year, it might make a bit more sense. Even so, there will probably be better choices available at that time.

From that, I would probably reccomend something the size of 27-32in monitor at 1440p, which you can funnily enough find cheaper than the Zowie.
