Hi i've got a BENQ xl2411t and i need to have the brightness above 60% otherwise it flickers. Is there a way of fixing that or does anyone know of something i can stick on the screen kind of like a screen protector to darken it because it's either flickering like mad or it's too bright and gives me eye strain
