Hi guys, For a while I have been suffering with severe headaches and eyestrain. I thought the headaches where caused by my headphones being so tight on my head but thats not the case now I know. I believe it's all caused by my monitor. Does anyone know any settings for this monitor that might help because I don't really have a clue and I can't sleep. The headaches I am having 24/7 now. If I can't get this under control I will see the doctor next week or might have to stop using the monitor. Any advice on settings would be great thanks. The monitor is XL2420T. Also where do I change the settings if any? I know there's options on the monitor itself but there's also options in the AMD CC .

Yeah ive tried turning them down but it just isn't helping me. I have had this monitor about 3 years now, but I have been out of work for 2 years and spend a bit longer infront of the screen searching for jobs and such. I hope there are some settings that can help.

Not very helpful but while a top notch gaming monitor I was never happy with the XL2420T for long periods of general use the natural hue of the backlight was too much like staring into a old ultra bright LED (and the colours were just a bit off that I was never happy about).

Trying to use "warm" settings or slightly biasing towards red (lower colour temperature) might help also look at your ambient lighting setup as the contrast between the room and panel levels can easily cause headaches.
