so we bought a mattress 3 yrs ago silentnight £800 .. i like my bed to be comfy .. problem is we just went thru a warrenty claim cause it's knackered . it dips were we sleep to 4inch down springs **No swearing** ..
so they phoned yesterday said that was a discontinued item and we can have a store credit ..

an extra £200 off in store so paid £800 for it ..
nice to have somthing go your way for a change ..

I'm sure they'll appreciate a good trustpilot review too. Good to know they didn't mess you around, we've bought from there a few times over the years. A mattress is one of those things I'd not want to buy blind off the internet.

Speaking of Benson for Beds, what's the deal with them taking 3 months to ship any furniture? Guess they get it from China direct?

I had a pretty decent experience with them myself when I bought my mattress. Mainly the in store discount, which to be honest I had no idea about and was not expecting at all. Went to buy it, just over £1100. There was already a little 10% sale (as I'm sure there constantly is), then the person randomly says "let me see if I can knock anything else off", then I get a nice little discount getting it down to £875. I was pretty chuffed. It took about 3 weeks to deliver.
