Bent AIO rad

While it will probably still work ok, it is some shocking QC there.
Since it is new, I would get it replaced.

Obviously he will be getting in touch tomorrow for replacement, but is just shocking and but of inconvenience more then anything. Nothing worse then getting your new components and unable to finish build.
 
Wow! What condition was box in? Did it look like it was boxed bent or is box damaged too?

Yeah, definitely get a replacement. Not a nice thing to have to deal with. Feel for your friend.

Box didn't look damage, maybe some marks on corners or something but no where near to extend to have bent rad.
Artic are good with RMA but the shop I never had any personal dealings with so I'm sure he will find out tomorrow. Hope he gets quick replacement.

I created this post more to find out been honest if anyone seen one like that or received one in this condition

 
Well looks like he will have a bit of a battle, initially positive response, sent all pictures/videos of packaging and cooler then radio silence, so for sake of the build is forced to buy another cooler till this gets resolved.
Would have tought would be yeah send it back here is full refund or replacement ect.

I know is against rules to name here so I won't, there is 3 UK online stores that I use but never had dealings with the 4th one.
 
My first 420mm AF AIO had a number of bent fins on arrival. Initially I thought of trying to straighten them, understanding that it would not affect the performance.
In the end I just sent the place I bought it from a couple of photos and got a postage paid refund and direct replacement.
Thankfully the replacement was fine.
