Bent component on Lamptron FC6 Fan Controller

Just got my order today bang on 10am. I started unboxing everything including the fan controller. When I took it out of it's packaging I noticed these "things" were all bent. Should I just install the fan controller anyway and see if it still works? I don't know what I should do at the moment.

I wouldnt worry as long as the pins a solder is intact

By the looks of it yes, the pins and solder are intact. I'll install it for now and see if it works when the system is assembled.

A little bend on a power mosfet is fine.

I installed it and everything is working fine. The only problem is I don't know how to change the colour of the LED display. Anyone have any idea?

My FC5 LED colours are configurable by way of re-arranging three sets of jumpers. I suspect a similar method is used for the FC6.

Did you not get any instructions with the controller?

Looks like 3 jumper headers at the bottom of the image in OP.

R G B.

Different combinations of jumpers on and off will give different colours.

I wonder if adding a variable resistor would actually give millions of colour options.
