Bento Box - Ideas and Diet

Would help if I knew what a bento box actually was...
Off to Google I go.
Basically just a Japanese Lunch Box Meal.

the firebox bento box looks like an insult to traditional Japanese bento boxes
Yeah , doesn't really look like a traditional bento
I'd be interested in this too as I really need to start eating healthier and been eating out 3-4 times a day pretty much for the last 3-4 months with not enough cooking going on!
The few things I have been cooking are simple : Chicken, Veg, Rice (brown) and Spaghetti Bolognese that's pretty much it
I was thinking you had the more traditional ones with the little compartments inside, that just looks like a thick tea thermos

I will be able to put bread in one compartment, chicken in another and butter in another and then put them all together at dinnertime.
