BeQuiet Dark Rock mount direction?

Which is best direction to mount this cooler? Seems like it can be any direction, and just wondering which is optimal? I'm using in a Fractal R3. Thanks...

Mount it with the fans facing East and west, as most cases have air coming in from the front and exhausting out the back

So is that with the fan on the outside of the cooler facing towards the back or the front?

Both, for the front fan, you want the fan blowing onto the cooler, fans have arrows to indicate airflow, and the back fan, sucking the air off the cooler, out the back
