Just looking to grab one of these:

Before I throw down my hard earned moneys I wanted to ask a couple questions. I understand beQuiet are based in Germany; if one of the fans were to fail or something would I just be able to send it back to OCuK or would I have to deal with beQuiet directly? Also I've heard that if any damage was done to my board while this tank of a cooler was strapped on they'ed cover the cost of the damage. Can anyone confirm this?

Finally I noticed while writing this that you don't have these in stock. Any idea when you might be getting some in?

First of all it won't damage your board unless you haul it about with you in which case it may snap your motherboard, otherwise it will be fine.

By law OcUK or any other retailer will have to assist with the warranty for the first year, but often dealing direct with the manufacturer can be quicker in certain circumstances.

That's the thing, I will be hauling it around

. I'd just like to know what I'm getting into before I plop down the cash, but I can't find a lick of warranty information on their site. As nice as it looks though, maybe something more portable like a H60 or so would better suit my needs.

I have this cooler and its pretty good a nightmare to fit to the board with the crappy bracket so you will need to take your board out. Just be sure it will fit in your case this was the mistake I made I had an NZXT m59 and when I fitted this cooler it stuck out so couldn't fit the side panel back on good excuse for a new case for me in the end though and bought a CM storm Sniper which it fit perfectly.
