Best £100 AGP Graphics Card

Hi All,

My dad's graphics card (ATI 9700 pro) died yesterday so would love some advice on a new AGP card for £100 budget. ANy tips appreciated. Was looking at Sapphire X700 Pro 128MB GDDR3 for £97.

Well I got a Asus v9999 128mb (6800nu) for £105. Seems to run all of my games very well although it is bottle necked by my processor and ram.

X700 is a damn good card

The GDDR3 6600GT is in this week only at £74.95 +vat, another pretty damn good budget card

another vote for the v9999, espicially if you get lucky and can unlock the extra pipelines. mine didn't unlock without artifacts but i still love it

Yeah, your best bet would probably to go for a 6800 non-ultra or 6800 LE. If you decide on the 6800 non-ultra you might have to stretch your budget a little bit over £100 though.

the LE is a bit of a special card for the money i have to agree
