Best 140mm Exhaust fan?

Hi guys,

looking to replace the NXT Aer 140mm fan in my H510i as its bloody noisy when it kicks in! Will a be quiet Silent Wings 3 140mm PWM high-speed be a good upgrade?

Is the nxt a pwm fan is so just set it to a lower speed in the bios.

I use the corsair ml 140mms on both my rads and as they are intakes the rear is the only outake in my case,shifts a fair bit of air.
I hear great things about the noctua fans .
