I'm looking for a 8Mbps service recommendation with the following:

No port throttling of p2p traffic
10GB+ cap

Any thoughts please?

UKFSN for £20 a month. 30GB peak, 300GB off peak allowance. No specific P2P throttling but they reduce the speed of everyone to stop packet loss at 10pm. (They are staggering it next month and bring out a new central to combat this.)

they don't have a cap but if you abuse it in peak times say a few hundred gig a month they'll put you on 128kb during peak times for a month as a punishment. i've not had a problem with them, i get 200kbps in peak times and 6-700kbps in off peak.

if you want a static i.p you have to have the business package that costs £5 more a month :(

A friend of mine was on Demon 2Mbps for £19.99 and experienced dire pings in CSS for about 6 months. I believe it has been sorted now.

Well...£24 for Be Internet is money well spent in my opinion. They have an offer on atm too that gives you free inet for a couple of months...Makes up for the slightly higher fee :)

1.3mbit up / up to 24mbit down... no traffic shaping or download limits at all.

*sounds like a broken record, no doubt* ;)

They look great, but limited availability (I can't get it anyway!).
