I'm looking for a 19" 1440x900 widescreen to use for my PC and Xbox 360, I don't want the absolute best, but I would like to get a good quality one that looks nice. What do you recommend? And am I right in thinking that a moniter with a VGA and DVI input will allow both to be plugged in but you can choose which is displayed, so I could have my Pc plugged in to DVI, 360 to VGA and switch it pretty easily, as I want to use it as my gaming moniter for my PC as well, and keep my current 1280x1024 for a secondary screen for the PC when I'm using the Xbox. Thanks.

Yeah you can switch very easily. I have a Hanns G 19" widescreen ( HW191D ) for my pc it works a treat with both dvi and vga. Both my brothers have bought them as well! They use them for the 360 and pc.

Could you or someone post pics of your 19" running with the 360 in game (for quality and size comparison) as I am unsure if I want a 19" at the moment. The only thing stopping me from ordering is the size, I am ok with the low res as I am going to be using dual screen so won't matter on desktop and multi-tasking but in game I just wonder if the screen is physically big enough for me. As I am 16 going to a shop isn't easy as I can't drive. Thanks.

I think I have found one: http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/detail/spec.do?group=itbusiness&type=monitors&subtype=lcd&model_cd=LS19PMASF/EDC&fullspec=F
It's inputs are listed as:
15pin D-sub, DVI-D, HDMI, CVBS, S-Video, SCART, Component, Analog Tuner

So it can connect to the 360 using the component HD scart cable thingy that comes with the 360? And is this moniter as good quality as a normal moniter without a TV tuner, or is some of it's quality sacrificed to play TV as well, as I haven't heard great things about TV moniter combos.
