I''m sure you'll get technical recommendations, but I'd either go for Gigabyte (3 year warranty, UK RMA and rep is active on the forums) or Zotac (5 year warranty and UK RMA) when laying out over 500 quid. With Zotac (and most others) you MUST register your purchase within a couple of months to get the full 5 year warranty.

If buying an MSI Gaming 2070 Super, make sure you get the Z version that superseded the X version.
It comes with a higher boost out of the box, but more importantly has much faster memory, 15.5 Gbps v 14Gbps.
