Best 22'' for Office work

I don't need flashy response times (though I do occasionaly watch a film) and will use my new screen mainly for word processing and when I work from home.

Can anyone guide me as to what I should go for without spending needless money?

get the cheapest? You dont need flashy colour, response time, viewing angles etc?

Viewing angles would be nice, but not essential.

Will movies be affected by response time?

The other concern is that I read a review about a decent monitor that actually said it was TOO good for office work as it was too bright, etc - that seems a bit strange to me?

Eizo S2231W if 1680x1050 is enough.
Lenovo L220x if you like real vertical resolution of 1920x1200.

Normal office is generally much more brightly illuminated than some gaming/movie watching corner.

Then again monitors without backlight adjustment are other thing.
