Best 24-27" monitor under £300

Hello, everyone!

I wish to upgrade my 22 inch LG Flatron W2243S monitor to a new 27 or 24 inch monitor.

Fast response time (2-5ms), 1080p or above if possible with good quality colours, quality etc is what I'm looking for.

The four I have picked out thus far are:

Dell S2440L 24"
Asus VN247H 24"
Asus MX279H 27.0"
BenQ EW2730V

Gaming and the usual computer usage.

I'm not an enthusiast but I do wish to have a good quality monitor to go with my new system. I have an MSI GTX 770 2GB OC.
