Depends what you mean by best. Do you want highest refresh rate (240hz) G-sync, 1080p, 1440, 4k etc?

What are you wanting in a monitor basically.

The one you have linked is very well reviewed, has excellent colours for a TN, 165 HZ, g-sync, 1440p. It is one of the very best 24in, gaming focused monitors (especially for a 1080ti)

I'm in the same boat and that is the monitor I'm looking at as well. And no it's not a good deal, you can buy it cheaper elsewhere, plus it's Out of Stock at OcUK
If you buy it I'd be interested to hear your opinion. I'll be buying in 2-3 weeks time after I come back from holiday.
