Wasn't convinced by that list myself, and be warned it seems to be more focussed on consoles. I took issue with the below for example (haven't played half the games):
-Uncharted 2 opening was OK but little more than a glorified cutscene with button pressing.
-Deus Ex first level I wasn't a massive fan of (compared to say, Hong Kong) but I know a lot do like it.
-KOTOR?!? SERIOUSLY?!?!?
The spaceship level was very bland from what I recall, which to be fair isn't a great deal.
Personally, I think they've overlooked e.g:
+Unreal: very atmospheric, tells you the story through suspense, log files and sound effects. A good introduction.
+Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault: Throws you into Pearl Harbour with a ****storm all around you
+Possibly Halflife (although I do think it is a tad overrated)
Didn't go for games with massive levels encompassing many missions (e.g. GTA:VC) because that's cheating
