Best 2nd Hand Build

So i've been stuck using an HP netbook with an intel atom for about 2 years since I sold my gaming laptop to concentrate on school. I'm now looking to get a gaming pc for as cheap as possible (university student). I want a pc that will last me as long as possible for light gaming and maybe CAD in a year or two (first year engineering student). As a result i'm looking at buying second hand.
