best 2x2gb pc6400

im currently running 4x1gb of team xtreem pc6400c4 but fancy changing to 2x2gb to allow for further upgrading of ram. and am i right in thinking that 4x1gb puts more strain on the memory controller as opposed to 2x2gb sticks. so any reccomendations for a good 2x2 set. thanks in advance.

thanks will ill check them out. hoping they might have sets that use the micron d9 chips that my current kit has. bought the 2 sets of 2gb about 6 months apart, first 2 cost £100.00 second set was £25.00. and with ddr2 prices as they are now the option of 2x2gb then add a second pair later is very tempting particularly when i move to vista64.
