I've got the predecessor to this model and it's been excellent as a smaller 40" bedroom TV: https://www.richersounds.com/panasonic-tx40jx850b.html It's a VA panel so blacks are good, but needs to be viewed head on, it has all flavours of HDR, and is great for movie viewing.
